In-Home Private Training
Been through a few training programs yet, are still struggling with your dog’s behavior?
Maybe you’ve read all the books, watched countless videos, have done “all the things”... but walks are still a nightmare, your dog completely ignores you unless you have a “treat” in your hand, and anyone who walks through the door is fair game for use as the dog’s personal springboard.
With In-Home Private Training, we come to you, and work with you and your dog in the most common, usual settings and areas of “daily life struggle”: walks in the neighborhood, mealtime, visitors at the door, space sharing with and behavior around the children, multi-dog household and pack dynamics, etc.

I’m Kimberly Artley,
and I work with dog owners like you who want to restore peace, balance, and harmony in the home... and in daily life.
PackFit’s In-Home Private Training program offers the education, coaching, and help needed to deepen understanding of your dog and the information his or her behaviors are trying to convey, strengthen relationship, connect necessary dots, and ranges from “obedience training” (“brain training”) to understanding and working through such behaviors as: aggression, reactivity, separation anxiety, social anxiety, general anxiety, fear, leash pulling, destructiveness, excessive chewing, nuisance barking, “selective hearing”, jumping on people, and more.
The In-Home Private Training Program includes:
Welcome Kit,
Enrollment in 6 of our Online Courses,
In-Home and/or Virtual Private Training Sessions,
Training Workbooks,
Video Review and Feedback, and
Unlimited Electronic Support Throughout.
Private Training FAQs
Where does private training take place?
Private training takes place in your home- yours and the dog’s normal, day-to-day environment, as well as any areas that are a part of your lifestyle and need work.
How old does my dog need to be?
The In-Home Private Training program is open to dogs as early as a few months of age and beyond.
Is my dog too old to train?
Absolutely not! We work with dogs of all ages and stages in life, and especially love working with seniors. They, too, are absolutely trainable, worth helping through ill behaviors, are eager to learn, and also eager to return to a state of balance.
I’ve already worked with a few trainers and am still struggling. How do I know this training program will be any different?
I’ve been in this same position (7 different trainers, to be exact), and it is overwhelming, frustrating, and all the words. And, because I’ve been in this position, I was able to identify what was lacking (and completely missing) in the training, what was in excess, what ingredients were contributing factors (that were not being pointed out), and can empathize with all the (various and conflicting) feels being in this position brings. We’re different in that we equip, train, and develop *the whole dog*, and speak to the “whole equation” (all the elements influencing “behavior”).
Am I guaranteed to have a perfectly trained and perfectly behaved dog?
It is both impossible and unethical to make any guarantees when it comes to behavior,; but what we can guarantee is you will see and feel a remarkable difference in your dog’s behavior with the consistent following of our protocols . If we work together, an open mind and a willingness to learn are two critical components of any behavioral rehab effort. The great majority of our clients have had phenomenal results, and the same is possible for you.
